Cancellation & Return Policy
Please note we do not provide refunds for change of mind, however if you need to cancel a hamper, before it has been sent, for a legitimate reason please contact us and we will do our best to cancel the order and provide a refund.
If any items are received in a damaged or faulty condition please contact Too Easy Hampers immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
In hotter months, items such as chocolate may melt while in transit as items sent through Australia post are not refrigerated. Please be aware of this as Too Easy Hampers is unable to provide a refund for items that have been affected by heat in transit.
